Okay if you watched Gray's Anatomy last night could you believe what happened? Do you think that they really kill Merideth off the show or do you think they just made it look like it? She can't die she is the main character!

I don't think they will kill her off. I think she is 'technically' dead but the medical team will bring her back. They can't kill her off. They would have to change the name of the show to "Anatomy" then. But I loved seeing Denny and the bomb guy who exploded last season.

Long story shortened. Meredith is dead because she said she would never be the kind of daughter to help her mother die. Her mother is going to die and this is going to inspire Meredith to come back either to prevent it or because her mother talks to her on the other side. This will allow Meredith the freedom to be that special person her mother thought she would be. The kicker is that If Meredith is free then she is free to leave, or not, to get married, or not, and to focus on her career, or not. This could really change her character.

I didn't really think that they would kill meredith off the show but at the end she saw those 2 dead people. And i don't know how long she was really under but didn't it seem like she was under for a long time?? I don't know if that really goes into consideration or not but im just throwing it out there. I hope they dont...they will have to change the name of the show!!

Nah, they'll just spend the next episode trying to get her back while she has her "near-death experience" with Denny and the bomb squad guy and who knows who or what else. In the end she'll be revived and tell everyone of her experience. Honestly, this show has been skating on some thin ice this season.

She is not dead, but she has to fight to live. This kind of goes back to the episode last week and how she kind of felt invisible. She is going to have to want to live but I don't think they will kill her off the show. This would have made a great season finale.

I think Siren's on to something! I was wondering the same thing myself...Meredith's head came out of the water and she was swimming. Then, she kinda gave up and allowed herself to go under. It could be construed as a suicide attempt. (I mean, not that she jumped in the water, but she stopped fighting when she was in there).
I don't think they could kill her off....I hope they don't!
Of course, on DH Mary Alice narrates from the dead. Meredith could too.

we couldn't be so lucky... NO they wont kill her off, that's why its a 3 nighter... I really don't know why everyone makes such a big deal of her... I think Izzy is much more beautiful and talented all McMeridith does is whine and come up with stupid names for people

I cannot see them killing off the main character. It could be her mother from I hear. Who knows, I am anxiously awaiting next week though to see what happens.

Anybody think she's been kind of suicidal lately? Sort of trying to drown herself in the bath tub, do you think she didn't come back up from the water on purpose?

i dont think shes going to die. because the episode before, in the tub. she talks about miracles, where people come back, they wake up and then suddenly cancer disappears..... i think she might become one of those "miracles" .
she just cant! there wont be a show without her.....
