OK I dont want to freak you out...but please go see your doctor. There is somthing called encephalitis and symptoms include stiff neck, pain at the base of the neck, when turning the head right or left and up and down, fever, headache, drowsiness, visual disturbances such as pain in the light and involuntary eye movments like twitching or the actual eye ball moving. AGAIN I dont want to freak you out but please see a doctor. Stress could very likly be the cause but you need to rule out the scary stuff as well. Sorry if I scared you...but it could be something more serious than stress.

Its like you cant turn your head or it'll hurt really bad. but it hurts a little anyway.
Sounds like you have a crook in you neck. (muscle spasm). It goes away in a couple days or so. I used to get them all the time when i slept on it wrong or the season changed. They say you should put a heating pad on it, but it never helped. I just keep moving my head regardless of the pain. As far as that in your eyes. I had it be4 too, but not ure what it is. Maybe a pulse or a nerve or something. Maybe your nerves are shot due to the stress. Hope that helps!

Relax. You're tighter than a drum! Yes, stress can be causing the twitch (we all get that on and off) and your muscles are so tight you are hurting yourself. Go take a hot bath and soak. Drink plenty of water. Get a massage if you can. You will feel so much better. And try to let go of whatever it is you are so stressed about. Either you can do something about it or you can't and you have to let it go. You can make yourself even sicker if you don't.

I have not have been given any issues talking up or calling the police if a be certain (or anyone else) is putting a infant in threat. no longer strapping your infant into their carseat is in simple terms soliciting for some thing undesirable to take place. Too risky to danger even once you're in a hurry. How stressful which you probably did no longer get a guess to declare some thing or to jot down down the LP type! The final time we've been in wal-mart (god I hate that save. via fact shifting to the U. S. I even have been there precisely 4 cases, each of which resulted in an incident, and that i do no longer plan on going decrease back! Lol) my 15 year-previous observed some redneck screaming at his son, on a similar time as shoving him and then twisting his arm up and attempting to tug him. anyone became in simple terms status around staring, and my daughter instructed him to get his palms off the infant. He enable flow of the infant, began screaming at her, went to snatch her-so she grabbed him first and in simple terms approximately broke his arm. whilst the law enforcement officials confirmed up they found it hilarious, and asked the guy how he felt approximately being beat up via a teenage lady haha. I heavily have not have been given any freakin clue what is going via some peoples minds. loopy huh!

You may want to see a doctor, I would have said Chiropractor, but if he starts manipulating your head it could cause more problems. See a doctor, it really sounds like you have pinched a nerve in your neck. Good Luck He should also prescribe something for your nerves, if it's stress related

You are stressed! That could cause those symptoms but to be sure, go see your internist to make sure that there is nothing else going on and then you can relax and stop twitching.

Please go and see you doctor, there could be some neurological condition that causes both the soreness at the top of your spine, and the twitching.
Please get professional advice.

If it doesn't hurt, put a few eyedrops in it, and wear an eyepatch.
