He's a comedian is what he is! The guy is a fraud, makes me and my other half laugh so much watching him being 'possessed'. Grade A tit that man.

Most Haunted discovered he was a fraud after they set up him up by leaving fake "evidence" about a so called ghost at a haunted location. When it came to filming he used this fake "evidence" as though it was a spirit he could sense. This evidence however, was all about a fictional character which Most Haunted had created in order to set him up, so when he used the material they realised what a fraud he was and sacked him from the show!

TV GHOST 'FAKERS' TO CARRY ON
LIVINGTV bosses have refused to axe its most popular show, Most Haunted, after a Daily Mirror investigation exposed it as a fake.
Not only are they backing the shamed ghost-hunting series, they are going ahead with medium Derek Acorah's new show.
Acorah was accused of faking possessions by the show's own parapsychologist Ciaran O'Keefe.

Yesterday experts and members of the psychic community called for the programme to be taken off the air. And TV regulator Ofcom is looking into 22 complaints.
Clive Lloyd, spokesman for the Spiritualist National Union, said: "For me the programme is sheer showmanship, an act all the way through."
LivingTV said: "We are looking into the Daily Mirror's claims."

Like all scumbags who make a living out of people who are desperate to talk to relatives who are dead he is a fraud and a charlatan.
As a previous answer said he was proven to be a fraud, but he shamefacedly carries on with his fleecing of the vulnerable and gullible to pay for his mansion in Southport.

The very lovely and wonderful Mr. Acora is of course entirely the real thing - honest and true in every respect. By the same token, you can knit fog and plait soot and Elvis Presley is etc etc etc

LOL love that show. Not sure about Derek sometimes he's pretty cheesy. I think they should have only David Wells on the show!

If he's a fraud he's scared me lots! Oh well......... I know David Wells is quite acurrate, he did the stars in the Metro free paper and many times it was spookily accurate!

hes quite eccentric isn't he ! almost think he makes it up but they find leads in what hes saying , and unravel what he says . i think hes a bit of everything .
