Because water must be under pressure and rain is just water drops falling on a dirty surface moving dirt just in a nearby area but still on the surface.

because the water is dirty, we dirtied up the atmosphere.

The trick is to rush out and clean down the car after it has rained
because all the dried muck is loosened. Even better clean it during the rain fall then just hose down the new dirt from the rain.

in an ideal world eh. rain picks up all sorts of dirt and pollution. my car ended up orange once from desert sand

The rain isn't WASHING your automobile. bypass out with a paper towel AFTER the rain ends, and wipe it throughout the time of your automobile. it is going to nonetheless be grimy. in case you like a clean automobile ... bypass out with a bucket, sponge & cleansing soap throughout the time of the rain hurricane! i bypass to the automobile wash (in all threat as quickly as a week). i like a clean automobile! and that they vacuum the interior too!!!

Because rain droplets form round particles of dust so if anything they will make your car dirtier
