I quick nap is probably a healthy thing, unless you're sitting on the toilet. I've fallen asleep in the middle of the night, but one time I completely fell off the stool and had to have stitches on top of my head from hitting the bathtub. Usually I can catch myself as I begin to lean once relaxed, but not that time, so be careful where you snooze. It was embarrassing telling the story in E.R. The doctor and nurses were stifling their laughs and trying to make sure I didn't see them. Their efforts failed, I saw them anyway.

Ummm no. A nap during the workday would do a lot more good than just lowering your chance of heart related health problems. It could also be good for your mental health. That's why they still take siestas in some countries. If we all quit work then we will become lazy and have other problems.

A nap during the work day is nowhere close to quitting your job and going on welfare...But most countries do take siesta after lunch. It is a proven fact that a 15--30 min. nap refreshes the mind and makes one more alert and willing to do good job all day at work..And no ---if you did nothing it would not make you live longer..Just the opposite....If you don't use it --you loose it..

No, they said a nap during the workday would help. Not sleeping away the whole workday!

lovable (yet fake) analogy. Your previously analogy became into drawing parallels between the child variety of a particular species, to the grownup variety of a particular species. then you definately attempt to equivocate this to human babies to the occupation of their father and mom. >added learn shows, that unlike quite a few different animal, they hardly grew as much as be what their pronounced want became into. no longer only that, however the "animals" you listed in the 1st component of your analogy do no longer incredibly exhibit wakeful desires for particular professions, do they?

welfare sucks. I would do better just to quit smoking, exercise more, and stop stressing over stupid stuff.

And quit reading those lovely emails. lol.
