The body's metabolism generates heat which keeps a healthy human being at 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. When we become weak or exposed, we can suffer from hypothermia, which is reduced body temperature. And in conditions of extreme cold, the blood does freeze like any other liquid; this either happens after you die, or it causes your death.

As long as you are alive and warm blooded you will be OK, if you die your blood will freeze.
Keep lots of clothes on!

We generate around 60 watts of heat, due to our metabolism.
