In general, this is true - but not for every woman. I (and my mother and all my sisters) have 28 day cycles, but we are late ovulators - we are not fertile until a few days later in the cycle. If you are trying to conceive, the easiest (and most fun) option is to have intercourse for several days both before and after when you think you are ovulating. In my case, I used one of those fertility microscopes, where you test your saliva for a "ferning" pattern (Google it - lots of info out there). Four attempts, four pregnancies after a single cycle. Hope this helps!

In a 28 day cycle, the most fertile day is the 14th. Each period has fertile days. Not every 2 menses.

Are you asking is that true? If you are, then yes - roughly mid way through a cycle is when a woman ovulates and there is about a 24hr period once the egg is released in which a woman can fall pregnant.
This varies from woman to woman though and when a woman has irregular periods this doesnt usually work because the date of ovulation is harder to calculate.

Yes, usually. But it does vary from woman to woman and depends on how long the womans cycle is too.
