Try here www.partybox.co.uk they seem to have quite a big Disney range of party items. It is quite girly though, Disney Princess, Snow White, Little Mermaid etc. Check it out.

Celebrity : Go as your favorite celebrity , for example if it's Kim Kardashian , wear a kind of short dress (long sleeve , most likely) wear your hair down and wavy , put on bronzer and do a dark smokey eye on your eyes , and wear your favorite heels . Just try to dress like your favorite celebrity . Lady Gaga and Ke$ha are fun costumes to wear . As for Disney , you could go to some Disney Stores in a local mall and find some costumes . If you cant find anything , just use your own to dress up like a princess , like if your gonna be snow white , wear a short red skirt or tutu ( you can buy both at Hot Topic , Sidecca , or Forever 21 . A blue shirt , some flats , and curl your hair , and a crown or tiara ( from Claires theyre usually around 15 dollars and up ) . Princess Jasmine and Snow White are the funnest costumes .

Yes.
The "Disney Font" as you call it is called "Waltography" since it depicts Walt's handwriting. You can google for it.
Most party stores have Disney-related and -themed party merchandise.
If she's going to Disney World for six months, she's probably in the College Program? She'll be living at a place called Vista Way and will have five other roommates. Get her some Tylenol PM. She'll need it if she ever hopes to sleep. :)

Since she isn't a little kid you can have fun with the theming. How about A pirate and princess party. Disney World is doing a big promotional event right now in that theme. Everyone would probably have fun dressing up and you can probably decorate it fairly cheap. Pirate chocolate coins can usually be found at the dollar store, as well as lots of Disney stuff. Go to the WDW website promoting their event to gain more ideas.http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/parks/specialEvents?id=PiratesandPrincessPartySpecialEventPage
For a backdrop they used colored lights projected onto the buildings. Maybe one of those stars on the ceiling nightlight thing.
You can have music that switches from Pirates to princess songs, down loadable on line.
As for the font maybe http://mickeyavenue.com/fonts/

You may want to pick a specific Disney character and work with that, since it's difficult to find something that has all of them. Try these:

there are tons of party store's and you could probably print something off the computer that you could trace onto a sheet and paint for a back drop. Another option check ebay.
