Asteroid because we would all be dead before we knew what hit us.
Epidemic would be the worst. You would walk around in constant fear of being contaminated.

I would like to be able to have a chance of survival, so probably nuclear war. If not that, i would probably prefer the world be taken over by super computers. Definitely not the "grey-goo" scenario, too dangerous.

I guess that a nuclear war is the most probable. At least you may have a chance to escape death and live for a couple of years more.
