There's worse ref's on the international circuit than Walsh.
Andre Watson, Lyndon Bray for example

Apprantly everyone hates a certain referee, coz no matter what they do right to your team you still do not agree. As for myself and everyone in Fiji, we all hate "PADDY O'BRIEN" as he made Fiji lose to France in the last world cup and has admitted it his book

It's just you, read the rule book and maybe you'll see some of the reasoning behind things.
FWIW all referees are routinely assessed.
