You can say, "Mantan ni shite kudasai". Or to abbreviate that, you can say, "Mantan kudasai".

Most gas stations are self-serve now though so the necessity for that phrase is soon to be obsolete.

While we're on the subject of gas, I get 118yen a liter. How much do you pay where you are?

Have a good day.

By the way, ManTan actually doesn't mean completely full. Literally it means Full Tank.

Man = Full
Tan = Tank (it is abbreviated like sexual harassment = sekuhara)

Mantan ni Shite Kudasai - Fill it up, please.

More and more gas stations are becoming self service, but still many stations have full service and they not only fill up the gas, but wipe your window shield and clean the ashtray, etc. You do not have to tip, just so you know.

King Sooper food store gas station. When you shop (food) there you accumulate "points" towards a ten cent per gallon decrease in gas prices. Lowest in town (Colorado Springs).

Just say Mantan. It is what is most commonly said and means completely full.
