Think about it. Is your mind contained within your brain? Is the person you are just a brain or a brain and a heart. Is the person you see in the mirror every day really you?

If it were possible then I would say yes. The brain acts as our bodies hard drive and stores info in the same way...basically. Only a traumatic injury to the brain can delete or interfere with memories stored therein which at best leads to memory loss and at worst a vegetative state.

Quite an interesting query. I or you comes out of Ego. Brain collects information and activates the bodily functions. Mind is collection of thoughts. I do not know how the new body will react to this transplant.

Please be informed that there is no surgical procedure being done to transplant brains especially human brains. But since you asked for it, let me answer you: YES, they will think like you. . if they can get out of the hospital alive.

probably, your brain is what you most use to be yourself, I always thought that just mabye if you implant your heart in someone else, they might be a better or evil person

You would wake up inside that other person's body. Case closed.
