It is B. Saturn. Mercury is just that. a Hot boiling steamy planet, with vapors and poisinous gases. Uranus is further away from the other terrestrial planets mostly made of gas but self contained. Saturn is the second of the super gas giants. Its position in the solar system is close enough that the sun has a siginificent effect on the gas giant. With its dense middle, the outside layer of gas and internal winds make up its body. In fact there is a hurricane on the planet that they named the eye and is twice the size of earth with winds reaching in the hundreds! With its shifting wind patterns, saturn is by far the windiest planet of all three mentioned above.
Additional info:
I can see from some of the answers you got that not too many people paid attention to the question.
you asked if A: Uranus
B: Saturn
C: Mercury
I see answers of Neptune and Jupiter. Looks like not too many educated fellas here on this question...

Hey, it's none of the above. It's either Neptune or Jupiter. Jupiter has a huge storm system by the name of the 'Great Red Spot'. There are parallel bands of storms. On Neptune, there are tissue-tearing icy winds at speeds of over 2000 km/hr.
But among the options, Uranus seems the most likely, I'm pretty sure that Mercury doesn't have an atmosphere while the winds are not as fast on Saturn.

NEPTUNE 1200 MILES AND HOUR OR 200OKM/HR.
Surface Winds
Much like Jupiter and Saturn, Neptune has an internal heat source, radiating more energy than it receives from the Sun, thus making surface winds to reach extremely high speeds. In fact, Neptune has the fastest clocked wind speed than any other gas planet in the solar system! The winds are in latitude bands and many of them interfere with each other to produce small to large-scale storms and vertices such as Jupiter's Great Red Spot. On Neptune, several similar structures persist such as the Great Dark Spot and the Scooter.
Most of the winds on Neptune blow westward, which is in the opposite rotation of the planet. The highest speed of winds found (which happens to be near the Great Dark Spot) is 2,000 kilometers an hour (1,200 miles per hour).

It is none of them. You would think jupiter or saturn and it's not Uranus. It is acually Neptune. Its winds reach speed of 2000kmph. Neptune also has a storm system similar to the great red spot on Jupiter. It is called the Great Dark Spot. It also has 2 other storm systems but I can't remember the names of the other two.
