The smoke comes out just a little at a time and its not constant.Sometimes it will stop and white smoke will come out and I can smell kind of a fuel smell.We have checked the oil.Im taking it today to get checked,but I would like an idea of what it might be before I go.

Black smoke indicates a rich fuel mixture. White or bluish color is usually oil burning. A scan will tell you if your engine is running rich.

Black smoke is from a vehicle air/fuel behing rich too much fuel for the amount of air entering engine that,s why you can smell fuel.Possiblity of fuel injector behing stuck open,Mass air not reading air proprely
