Hm.... you can always to the Rapid Testing of Community Accuired Methecilin Resistant Staphaoccapheliasaurus (CM-RSA) by Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR)!! lol jk. My friend did that/varition in 7th and 8th grade!!! He flew out to Cali to do this testing... ANYWAYS, you can test various filtration methods of e. coli, grow plants w/ various fertilizers (use quick plants), grow plants w/ electromagnetic radiation, test the growth of various bacteria in different amounts of light....!

my sisters in 7th grade.. she did a project by growing fungus on bread. she showed each step on the bread. she wet a bread, kept it in a hot pot a week before the thing. each day she kept doing a new one until the day.. this way she modeled steps on growing fungus. gross but easy and interesting too.. she won 1st prize in that.... ... you shud be able to describe it well though
