Yep Was in Germany and my car had a burnt out head light. In german, it is called a light thrower. Somehow I managed to ask for a pig thrower. The guy had a good laugh, and I finally got the headlight fixed..............

i was tending bar in Quito and a really gorgeous women asked to borrrow my pen for a minute. I needed it back but instead of asking for my pluma I asked for my espejo (mirror). Some freudian slip or something. She looked at me like que? so i said it again, and again, mi espejo. necissito mi espejo. She kept looking at me like I was an idiot, and finally held up the pen like, 'is this what you want?' As soon as I saw the pen I realized what I had been saying and felt like a proper moron.
