The company is trying to contact you for some reason (this may or may not be legitimate).
The reason for the silent calls is a problem with the automatic dialer they use, it is set up wrongly so there are more calls than operators, (the call connects but the operator is still on the previous call; don't worry, they are not trying to harass you or anything) hence the silent call.

This is a gimmick by call centres to get you to phone this number back to ask who called. When you do, they tell you that you are interested enough in their products to have called back. Then you get the spiel on what they are selling. Just ignore it. If you call back it will cost you about £1 a minute as well.
