When I was younger I used to be, but no longer. I saw two life long friends become enemies because of competition. It may start out healthy, but someone always changes the rules in the process. It never seems to fail--some line is crossed and people get hurt and offended.

I am very competitive, as are most people.

However, I never cross the line and cheat to gain a victory.

To me, only an honest victory counts.

And, if I lose, I try to accept defeat gracefully, and then move on to the next challenge.
