Just ask the seller. They can either say yes,or no

I always ask the seller through the seller's agent. Usually they say yes and sometimes they are asked to come back after the place is straightened up. This is usually asked by the buyer once an offer has been accepted and deposit money is in place. Before then it may be seen as rude. I usually have my buyers do this when the inspection is being done.

some go in with movie camera's and it is simply to show..the absent partner..

they also later look ..because when you see so many houses you can sometimes.......remember later with the pictures...

if the realtor is asking you.....then you can hold the realtor responsible later...a realtor is only bringing in qualified/bona fide purchasers...and they are doing it...to review later...before they make an offer...
I would actually want my realtor..to have his clients take pictures....then they have documents of ..fridge,stove,curtains and know if things have been switched via the videos..
and as a purchaser..if you said no.....even if you had a great house......i would....be thinking you were hiding something.......
and reflect that in the price...that you would be putting in "granny's ice box" for a fridge. and a wood stove to cook on.

if your selling your own home and someone wants to take a video......and you have no idea who this person is...
well that is why you use a "realtor"..
and yes........BEWARE..........
Ask your "realtor"..should be a "yes"
your "realtor" only brings in qualified/bona fide purchasers..

Before we sold our home, our prospective Buyers wanted to take pictures of the interior. I told them "No." If it were your hoem, would you want strangers, who may or may not be serious about buying your house, taking pictures? What was worse is that the wife brought her camera and didn't even ask. It's up the Seller, but I probably wouldn't.
