Try Cocoa Butter, also I always see ads for creams, I don't know if they work, but I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn't http://www.stretch-mark.net

Cocoa butter is used for both preventing stretch marks and treating them. If the weight gain is due to pregnancy, the cocoa butter should be rubbed daily on the affected area. Cocoa butter should be applied to the skin soon after a warm water bath, when the pores are open and the cocoa butter is easily absorbed. Shea butter may also be used instead of cocoa butter. My prevention measure was using baby oil with Vitamin E in it. I rubbed it all over by belly and upper legs almost everyday to keep the elasticity of my skin-you should try rubbing it on your breast as well as this can be a problem area-I gained fifty pounds when I was pregnant and didn't have one stretch mark. If I ever get pregnant again-I will avoid stretch marks on my breast by using it there as well. I believe it did prevent the marks on my stomach-as I didn't use it on my breast and I got them there-I must be somewhat prone to them. Best Wishes!

There are alot of products out there. Yikes! My friend and I were pregnant at about hte same time so we both tried the Vitamin E cream. My stretch marks were way worse than hers. I think it's in your genes whether you'll get them or not. Creams may help a little, but not much. On a happier note, Once my body shrunk back down, the majority of them aren't really noticable. They fade. Good luck to you. Enjoy that body of yours!

Unfortunately there are no guarantees that you won't get stretch marks even if you do everything to prevent them.. Let's face it: your body is never going to be quite the same as before pregnancy and childbirth, but every time you feel unhappy about your changed shape or a stretch mark, just look at your beautiful baby, babies are worth it! Good luck with your pregnancy.

Try to keep your weight gain down with responsible eating and use vitamin E cream or cocoa butter on your skin. You can also take vitamin E internally when you are pregnant - it is good for the baby's lung development and will help moisturize your body from the inside out.

Drink lots of water (although that's a pain because you are running to the bathroom enough as it is).

When my mom was pregnant, she always put a lot of lotion on her stomach and throughout her body like 3X a day. And she had ZERO stretchmarks. Now ive come to understand that moisture aids the skin as it stretches with pregnancy weight gains etc.. drinking a lot of water will help too so you will get hydrated from within as well. and don't scratch them. whenever you feel like scratching them, just put lotion.
