Sociology? The study of people in groups - those they choose to be a part of and those they are a part of due to socioeconomic status, location, education, etc.
Silent language is also know as symbology and body language. All part of interpersonal communication. Look up those three terms and you will find a great deal.

The study of human social behavior, especially the study of the origins, organization, institutions, and development of human society.
I'm not real sure what you mean by silent language but I search for articles about it and I listed the web site I found.

Perhaps silent language is another term for body language - it is universal but has never been given full recognition as a language in its own right.

check the books and subjects about :
-symbolic interaction
-non verbal communication (if you mean how people undertsands eachother and communicate even they dont talk when they are together, etc. then you probably mean non-verbal communication by "silent language". )
-sociology of everyday life
-self presentation
