Who is Depeche Modes current Musical Director?

Other then the band members or one band member in particular, I don't think they have a "Musical Director" as they are not a film or theater play.
Martin Gore does most of the writing and arranging and I sure whichever producer they are working with at the time helps shape their sound and musical direction somewhat as well.
