The list of make up will not damage your skin. However our skin needs to be cleaned and conditioned with a cleanser,toner & moisturizer. The sun does most of the damage to our skin. So you might want to add a sunscreen to your list and use it everyday regardless if the sun is shining thru or not. SPF 30 is best. you will prevent a lot of damage to your skin.
