Well Yes, at times behaviour of my family members, or friends do make me feel that I am alone all over... So what I do is I think of things which I have good to others. I try to dig good habits in myself, and then I search bad habits that could have lead to the situation, find solutions.
When I am done, I think of times when I made someone felt bad. I regret on that time, and find ways not to do it again.

yah i felt like that friend many times. everyone faced what yo said. but i strongly feels thast everything is temporary. so no one's care or affection will comes throught our life. so try to understand the permanent thing in the world.
ok then why should i feel lonely? its because as we engaged in daily activities we need some one to care.there are only two options.
1. make yourself to think in a stronger position i.e the permanent things in the world and thinking about the real life etc.
2. just analyse your mistake and think positively about the others and try to understand them. throw away your ego ...complex .... etc and share with them whatever you feels. just be like an open book. spend time with them. the foremost thing is first you care them with utmost love and affection

Try the Bible, it will calm the tidal wave of the ocean.
Get someone to talk to, maybe not the recent problem, talk about something new to get rid of it. Some old friends will be great!
Just remember that everything has a point for your life. One door closed, two doors open. You must have a big heart to see it.

I know there are plenty of people worse off than me.
If I ever feel sorry for myself.. I soon snap out of it knowing that I'm not starving with hunger, or lost my home and sleeping rough.
We've got a lot to be grateful for. We each meet only a few people we can really trust and rely on in life. Why give your time and energy to people who don't deserve it and who have their own faults.

Yes, i have also felt the same many a times.
Depression seems all around!
In such a case, think of some1 who has not been gifted with all the body parts (i.e. some1 handicapped).
Then you will know that you must be thankful to God for whatever he gave you. Since, God loves u allways.
Hence, you will not feel lonely.

Yes, it happens from time to time. It's a bit like rainy days, they come and go. I'd be a liar if I said that my life was one straight stretch of blissful happiness. I'm a human being, the good days and the not so good days are part and parcel of the experience.

think about everyone you know and have ever known, say old friends. you dont even have to tell them you're contacting them because you're lonely JUST REACH OUT and communicate, and you'll start to feel better. If they aren't an option, then reach out to people you dont know. You're already on the internet, your options are endless from chat rooms to forums to games to penpals.pursue your interests, help someone else, join or start a support group. And if still not sure how to cope up talk to your THERAPIST ABOUT IT.Talking about it may help you explore other issues-CHEER UP!

It is perfectly normal to have this kind of feeling once in a while. Whenever possible, we can analyse the reasons and make our self better equipped so that the frequency of occurrences is minimised.
