That's crazy, you can get married if you don't want to have kids. There are oral contraceptives that work for 99% and adding a condom would make it very effective. If you really don't want kids, guys could get a vasectomy or women can get sterilized. Marriage isn't intended to give you the certificate to just go and have kids, if you think that's what marriage is about, don't even go there. Marriage is about love and wanting to commit yourself fully to the person you love, till death.( and for the Mormons: and beyond)

Uhm, no but abortion sure is! But seriously, condoms are 97% effective and hormonal birth control is over 99% effective, used in combination makes it very hard to get pregnant. There's also things like sterilisation. My lover is getting a vestectomy for me! It's not 100%, but it's a risk we're willing to take. ;) Yes, anything could happen, but having babies is certainly always optional. I can tell you, no matter what happens, I'm never ever having children. My uterus is not a housing unit!

what dose that have to do with marriage. If you dont want kids...DONT HAVE SEX...you dont have to have kids when your married. I was married for over 5 years and never had a kid, No Condoms are diffently not 100% effective....so dont have sex. it's as simple as that. U can still have a condom not work and have a child out of wedlock

How about I get married to a man who doesn't want kids either and one of us gets sterilized? And if you think babies are the sole purpose of marriage you have a very different view than most people.

Besides woman now days are having babies LONG before marriage. Which I don't understand for various reasons.

Is there a question in your post or am I just suppose to talk about what ever comes to mind?

Hey....I get where your coming from..don't get pregnant if your not married....and your right....It's hard for me to believe women and men will have casual sex without using condoms...... Without using condoms the chance's of disease quadruples and the chance's of women's tee-tee's looking like Willie Nelson and a man's penisorous ending up looking like Uma Thurmans feet.......DDDDaaaaaammmmmnnn...Now thats a visual......

well as long as you love your partner it doesnt matter and you can have kids when ever you wan them before or after the marriage their isnt a wrong and a right time to have kids but in my opinion would to have kids after you get married because then you would fell like you have a closer relationship to your husband.

women can still get married and live a life without children until their ready. and even if your not married its still possible for you to have a child because you made a big mistake in your life with a guy.

If you aren't ready to have kids do not have sex, you can be married, use birthcontrol, no it's not 100% but unless you plan to not have sex until you want kids then nothing is.
