As you provide just 2 options there can be no hardest working as that requires a minimum of 3.
Do you want to know which is the harder working of the two?

men, they gotta do all the dangerous stuff and all the heavy lifting. if it wasnt for men nobody would have houses to live in cause nobody would have biult them. there would be no bridges or roads or really anything you see around you that would require real work to make. im not saying that women couldnt do work like that but they dont because theyre better at other things and they dont want to get all sweaty so they stick to the pencil pushing jobs and raising children. think if women did the real hard jobs and men raised children and tried to use brains to figure out everything. it wouldnt work. men do the hard work and women make sure we get to the doctors when we come into the hospital bleeding from a saws-all wound.

I agree with the Police and Teachers comment. Plus I'd add Nurses. So I'd say on balance women, but I know plenty of guys who work so hard they seem to have no time left to live, there is a point where that work life balance needs adjusting, and women are much better at getting the balance right.
The maxim should be work cleverly, not neccessarily harder!

U N statistics: women do 2/3 of the work & earn 1/3 of the money, averaged out over all the world. And they end up with a mere 10% of the property.
I think it is time we women stopped working so hard, and thought about how we are going to get proper remuneration.

Think about your parents - your mom and dad. I think the answer lies there. I'm a woman, a single mother, work and I have a household to see to, you tell me. it's not about how many tons you can pick up, but rather how many things you do in a minute, times that by 24hrs - then 365days. Look I don't dispute that men are hardworking but women a seriously putting you to the challenge.

Men and women both have hard responsibilities. It depends at what side of the situation you're looking at.

The answer to that one depends on the type of work involved and the level of interest. We all have our strengths and weaknesses - finding the balance and making the right choice is what counts......
