Yes it is fine to use listerine as long as you do not swallow it. A softer toothbrush might also help. I struggle with bleeding gums and I use listerine and a soft hair toothbrush and it seems to help me a lot.

I have 2 children, 10 years apart, and I have never heard anything negative about using listerine while pregnant. Bad mouth health would be much worse I would thing, the listerine kills some bacteria and things before the venture down into your body so if anything as long as you dont swallow it, it is good for you.

Listerine has alcohol in it so i wouldnt try this. Your gums will stay sore in basic terms for about a minutes. you will possibly have quite some little issues which you will fell on a similar time as pregnant. Youll be great. attempt some oral gel.

I'm 13 weeks and I've used it at least twice a day every day. There's no problem with it, in fact, it's advisable, since it will kill a lot of germs in your mouth.
