You ask for things that you can do to be beautiful and intelligent.
While some things we can not change, other things we can. You will want to focus on the things that you can change.
Anything worth having requires hard work. You will have to work very hard to become beautiful and intelligent.
To be beautiful, you should exercise every day. You will want to do both aerobic and resistance training. I recommend exercising an hour a day. Not only will this eventually make you very beautiful, but you will feel much better and energetic physically and much more positive emotionally. These changes in your mental health and physical well being will also make you more beautiful as a person because you will feel more confident about yourself and who you are.
You will also want to be meticulous about your personal care and hygiene, ensuring that you keep yourself very clean and neatly groomed. Being well kept and well groomed is beautiful. Also, ensure that your clothing selections reflect the person you would like to be. Do not dress in sweatpants because that is trashy and do not dress like a prostitute either. People do not respect prostitutes or hobos.
If you want to be intelligent, you should read. You should read all the time. Read the entire newspaper every day and at least a book a month, if not every other week. You will primarily want to read informative, nonfiction books. At first you should just read about things that interest you. Eventually, you should branch out and read books on other things in order to expand your horizons. If you so please, you may allow yourself the occasional fiction book, however, that will not increase your intelligence unless the only thing you wish to achieve is increased vocabulary.
If you follow these instructions, you will indeed become intelligent and beautiful. However, if you do not work hard at it, you will not achieve your goals. Being beautiful and intelligent requires hard work.

To be Intelligent one need not be beautiful. Beauty need not attributed to intelligent. From ages it is proved that beauty only kill the intelligent . Many poets who gave Great works like RAMAYANA. MAHABHARATA and so many epics were not very beautiful but Intelligent.Cleopatra was most beautiful women on earth but who remembers her except movie makers.So my since advice for you WOULD BE BECOME INTELLIGENT rest will follow.

intelligent person thinks that everyone is equal and has the capacity to compete each other. so think about evrything in a different angles.i feel this is the real intelligence.
think always positively and find only good things about others. grasp only the good things from others like the annam bird.
