And can I from there Delete and get rid of it so no one can see which sites and where you have been to?

Remember ,NOThow to delete !! BUT want to know how you you go back to view the DELETED ITEMS IN YOUR COMPUTER,,,,,,

click the "tools" button on your tool bar. select "clear private data", tick all the options and press "clear private data now" BINGO

First, stop going to sites you shouldn't be, second, unless you have admin priviledges all you can really do is delete the history from within the browser tools menu....third if you truly want your history cleared from the pc, and you have admin priviledges, you can do several things.
Clear history, clear cookies, delete temporary files, including offline files, and also go to the advanced tab in the interet settings scroll down and find where it says to delete temporary files upon exit. Then everytime you are done watching your porn or whatever it is you are trying to keep hidden from other users, run disk cleanup and also reboot the pc.

ya off course you can. go to tools at Internet explorer tool bar, within tools go to Internet options, there you will find history section, click on clear history and than press OK. also delete cookies and delete files, press ok in each case. than move to content section at top of the Internet options window than press autocomplete, here clear the forms and passwords.

Open up Internet Properties and delete the history there following its directions.

Do all the other these ppl are talking about.. and another way is if you have windows xp, then right click on start, properties, customize, and then clear...most ppl dont know that way but it gets rid of almost everything.
