Exactly how it is being done now. Media and educational control over children. Reducing freedom and liberty in schools so it becomes "normal" for people to be dependant on government, Teaching fear to children in the disguise of public betterment. Look at how much our country has changed in the last generation. Listen how educational channels are worded.
It has been happening since WW2, and our country is getting better and better at it all the time.

introduce laws that allow institutions such as the police to tap and enter premises on little or no intelligence without the use of a warrant, authorised. oooppps the Patriot act.
we have one already, PASSPORTS. they restrict our movement. just put borders in state that are manned by immigration officials. this can increase no -end.

I BELIEVE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN HAP[PENING FOR A LONG TIME! CHECK OUT THE SONG BY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE "BULLET IN THE HEAD" I DONT THINK IT IS ONLY IN THE MEDIA BUT ALSO IN TELEVISION SHOWS AND MOVIES.
