You are one of natures many warriors (shepherds) - be glad. Perhaps:
1. Your subconscious reasons for standing up for truth and justice contradict the conscious reasons for acting.
2. Your actions are often misinterpreted and cause you to doubt your motives.
3. People say they appreciate your stance for truth and justice but their actions seem to contradict their words and you are confused about the whole thing (don't know where you stand or what to believe).
I guess I am trying to emphasize contradiction. Something is not adding up and you can't put a finger to it and that's why you probably feel uncertain. There are fortunately people like you who watch over the realm of integrity and it is a good thing. We all know that the laws in paper are not always adhered to and cutting corners is in-fact quite popular. Those who speak out water and affirm this laws that are necessary for the benefit of all mankind. The minority can feel overwhelmed by the majority but truth is courageous and will fight on. Understand your reasons and let other peoples opinions wash over you without causing you to doubt your actions. It is all you can do.

I have the same exact problem as you do. Unfortunately, my husband is what I call a "sheep". He follows the herd mentality.
If I think something is wrong or unfair then I will just say it plain and simple. I don't like people to walk all over me or anyone I know.
Example: The other day my husband and I were grocery shopping. We get to the check-outs and there is only one line open. So, like everyone else we get into this long line to wait.
An old man comes up behind us holding a jar of pickles and a can of tuna. I look at my overloaded cart and turn to the man and say "You can go in front of us if you would like." The old man says "No, thank you. I can be patient." It was a nice gesture I think on our part. What did we get in return?
Well, a few minutes later some lady pushing a big cart of groceries approaches the line of people from the side. She stands there waiting looking for someone to "cut off". She picks us and just pushes her cart in front of us and stands there.
I look at my husband and say "Aren't you going to say something to her?" He says "No."
Later I asked him why? Why doesn't he ever stand up for himself? Is he afraid of offending someone he doesn't even know? He says that it is not worth it to start something over something so little and unimportant. But, according to him almost everything is unimportant.
My mother has the same mentality. She never stands up for herself. She is too afraid that she might offend the other person.
I personally think it is a personality trait. If you feel confident within yourself then you feel confident enough to stand up for yourself.
I think you should be proud that you are being the voice for other people at your office who lack the confidence.
Of course you have to remember to keep your anger in check though. No one will listen to a mad raving lunatic.
But, a calm cool collected person pointing out wrong-doings is a bonus. Remember to always use a witty remark and have a smile on your face while doing it :)

This world is full of unfairness, but you can't fix it all. You have to learn to choose your battles wisely. Is what you are seeing worth losing your job over or causing someone else to lose their job? Or are these things minor, like gossip or flirting or stealing pens and sticky notes ? It is hard to judge from here, as you don't give details. I had a best friend who saw things the way you do, and she felt she had to right every wrong that she saw. She became pretty unhappy about some of the things she could not change (you can't change other people, only yourself.) She ended up comitting suicide. Lighten up.

Some people are not willing to sit by and just ignore what is unfair or wrong. There's nothing wrong with that as long as you fight in an acceptable and civilized manner.

If people have a strong sense of right and wrong and a belief that if everybody ignores all the wrong it will never be fixed they feel the only thing to do is speak up.

This is because your heart tells you and your mind motivates you to stop the wrong and do the right.

this is a normal phenomenon. im in school now, and then when i see some other kid bullying a small one, even though im not in his class i go and beat him up. some people dont have the guts to stop the wrong and they are selfish. they want to take care about themselves and their family.

Look at the life of an army officer, when his companion gets hit by a bullet. he goes mad in rage and kills the enemies. the result, the man who shot the bullets, his country won the war. but if the man ran of like a coward then the enemies would kill him and his companions result is the opposite of the first one.

Your parents must be proud to have a son like you is not selfish

Maybe because you are fed up with unfair things in your past already. So now as a result, you are fighting to put fair things in the first place. You had such an unfair treatments in your past before whatsoever it was. So, now as the consequences you want to fight for the truth and verity only.....

Why is this happening? You asked for it. You see, this really bothers you and you put alot of thought into it. What your doing is by constantly thinking about it, constantly reminding yourself over and over again, is putting your internal attraction towards what you don't want. With Laws of Attraction you would need to allow others to create themselves. You should PAY ATTENTION to your inner being ( your conscience) and work on creating for yourself. Learn more about your inner being and change what ever it may be for the better.

Get off the Red Bull and get away from the Ephedrine immediately. If that doesn't help, you've got a problem that needs professional help. If you are on any street drugs, that is likely you problem. If not, go to a doctor and tell him or her your problem and there are medicines that are made for this kind of problem.
