Cingular Wireless.......?

Question

My family has a cingular wireless family plan, but I have verizon, my brother has a line with the family plan but hasn't used it in about 1 1/2 year and my dad is still paying for the line, I want to take over my brother's phone line, and it should be time for an upgrade. Does anyone know if I will pay just the phone price or what?

yea to get an upgrade you just pay for the phone price which can be free or 50 to 199 dollars depending on which phone you pick

the phone should have insurance on it at any rate you should only have to pay for the phone
