You could try the following things: lying down and massaging the area slowly in circles, putting something warm (a hot water bottle for example) on it, drinking a lot of water and don`t forget to ventilate the place you are in because if you don`t you could get nausea. Oh and if the pain is related to somethind you mignt have eaten, then do not eat any dairy products for the next 2 days!
