I have this boyfriend who is your average poor guy working hard to earn money to go to college. And he works at night 10pm to 6am on a nearby beach that blows cold air all the time on his flowing sweat in his entire body. He has colds and dry and wet cough. I already have forgotten my highschool lessons on that but I want to know more on experienced natural healing rememdies on this. Can I ask for a list of illnesses that humans get almost everyday and the natural way of healing them? I don't want to rely on drugs on the counter. I want his and my body to heal the natural way our bodies are capable of doing. Thanks!

Well, you need to ask yourself, does everyone else he works with get the same illnesses? If not, why does your boyfriend get them? It may be that his body isn't functioning at 100%. To know this you need to check with your chiropractor, because the nervous system controls every function of your body, and if the nervous system isn't working correctly your body is in a state of dis-ease. The longer you stay in this state the more likely your body is to have symptoms and develop a "disease". Health and sickness come from within. A weakened body is like a garbage dump. Rats survive in a dump like bacteria and viruses survive in a weakened body.

I've always had problems with upper respiratory infections and coughs. I do not react well to over the counter medicines and usually just suffer through. Here are a few things that help me.
I've found that super doses, 6,000 to 8,000 mg, of Vitamin C really help me recover faster.
Very dark chocolate helps to relieve coughs. I like the Dove bars, they are just the right size for relief.
If your bathroom connects to your bedroom, you can fill the tub with hot water when you go to sleep and that will help raise the moisture level in the room and ease breathing.
When my nose gets really sore from blowing I use Aquaphor. I put a little on a q-tip and swab the inside of my nose. It helps a lot.
I use Tylenol or Advil PM sometimes to sleep because rest is the most important thing to recovery of any illness. I only take one unless I am going to sleep for a long time.
Protein shakes help keep your body fueled to fight the illness.
I don't know if there is anything to back this up, but I really think that yogurt helps me recover faster too. When I am sick I eat at least one yogurt a day. Seems to help.
If you have a stomach bug, bananas work great. They have a lot of potassium and....they taste the same if they do happen to come back up.
I really hope that some of this helps. Being sick all the time is really a hard way to live.

Without knowing more the book I recommend for muscles is The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
The doctors complete guide to vitamins and minerals - is a good resource if you know the cause.
Other than that prenatal vitamins have such a good combination that there is a heart specialist in Ca who recommends them to all his patients male and female.
