A couple bright & happy songs that get overplayed on my iPod include --
"Bohemian Like You" -- Dandy Warhols
"Semi-charmed Life" -- Third Eye Blind
"Golddigger" -- Kanye West
"One Nation Under a Groove" -- Funkadelic
"Runaway" -- Janet Jackson
"Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" -- Looking Glass.
"1st movement, Jupiter Symphony" -- Mozart

These are just a few of the songs that give me some sort of dopamine-like injection. (Wow, am I hopelessly 40-something or what?)

I suggest you listen the song " I just called to say I love you"

You will not feel down anymore in a concentration, thinking that someone is calling you to say I love you.

If I want to feel better, I listen to "I Saw Her Standing There" by the Beatles, and I remember happier days. If I want to wallow in "feeling down" for a little bit longer, I listen to "Crying" by Roy Orbison.
