may be arsenal,but with them chelsea is giving a good toughfight than manu.the current arsenal team in epl is not that good but still they showing some signs of improvment to move up to the third place for the champions league.
as the question suggest i personnaly have a slight feeling
they are supposed to be the favourates in carling cup
