Hey - I've always liked Walmart. It's even better than Walter Mart here in Philippines.
Call a spade a spade - they're bleeding heart liberals, and don't have the faintest idea what they're doing. In the poor places of the world (like here) where the average annual salary is $1,400, cutting out work contracts sentences thousands of people to death. Force them to raise minimum salaries? Come on! The nation would go broke in days.

Walmart is doing something right, so lay off!!!

It is a shame that they try so hard to get Wal-Mart. It is the best thing that happened to this country in a long time.

I don't like some of the changes after Sam died, but it is still great, and I never shop there.

Thousands of people would be out of work. That would put a hardship on other business, and they might have to close. The amount of unemployment benefits would be staggering. Also the amount of food stamps and other social services paid out would be huge. that would have it's own ramifications.

Let's see. thousands would be unemployed and china would take a hit in their economy. Small town businesses would again flourish and people would have to find something else to do with their kids that drag them off to walmart.
