I know this is pretty vague but hope someone can help. I seen previews for it but never heard of the movie being released. I think it came out between 2000-2004. It's about a guy in girl in love and the guy dies. The girl finally moves on and the guy's ghost is still around. I dont know the actors, but I think the dead guy has brown hair. I'm not sure really how the story went. But does anyone know something similar to this? Sorry dont have much more info.

Thanks for the responses. I know its not Ghost (have that one) or Just Like Heaven (seen that). I want to say it is more a suspense. So irritating I can't remember more.

ghost with patrick swayze and demi moore,but it was released in 1990,but that the only one with the plot line you described i can think of
