I want to develop my maths to olympiad levels(NSTSE, NMOetc.)?

I am an above-average student with good maths skills.I am in Class X.
Suggest some books.Also, a website where I can get past years' papers.

i think tmh(tata mc graw hills) books will be best for you to refer.also several coaching centers like fiitjee provide study material for ntse and other exams

If you can't do a web search to find them, you definitely need to improve your skills. :)

If you search for "Putnam exam" problems, I think one of the top few hits also has Olympiad problems. Anyhow, Putnam problems are good practice too.
