My neighbor up stairs walks around her room all night long which keeps me awake. I have to wakeup for work at 5am. What should I do get her to decrease her noice level for her sleepy neighbor downstairs?

go and politely tell your neighbor that you can hear her walking around all night and it is keeping you awake and making you very tired for work. maybe she has no idea that you can hear her downstairs. i am sure she will try to be much quieter when she knows she is keeping you awake.

consult your ex and when the lady doesnt agree just help to make your ex life money hell.
