If it has live bacteria in it then it is great for our bowels and digestive. Acidophillus, bactocillius and bifidus. That is what you should look out for when buying.
Calcium is good for our bones teeth ect, so i am sure as yogurt is a form of calcium Yes it would be.

Yep, has calcium for teeth and bones, good bacteria and biotics for digestive system, not sure how it helps the skin but i'm sure it does!!

Yes. It contains a thing called Calcium which does all that. Calcium can be found in yogurt and milk as well as some drinks.
