Actually, it depends on race. For a black person or another dark skinned group, that looks fine. It's actually the way you are supposed to wear it. It blends in. However, if you are white or light, go for a tan colored bra. A white bra would be just as visible as the black bra, and thats ugly. It's not slutty, just tacky.

Unless the white top is a tank top and you are going for the whole rocker look with the rest of the outfit and your hair, preferably with the bra straps exposed as well, yes, they are right. It looks cheap. If you get a girly white top or a preppy polo shirt or something and wear a black bra underneath it, it looks awful.

I'm wearing a white shirt today, and you can see my white bra through the shirt clear as day, and it's a cotton knit! I guess if it's slutty to wear a black bra, it would also be slutty to wear a white bra. I guess women have to wear skin colored bras....
No, I don't think it's slutty. I think I'm going to go change into my black bra right now.
