It's the exact spot of the National Monument at the heart of Jakarta, on the island of Java, in the Republic of Indonesia.
Google Earth is the excellent tool for finding the answer.

I can't tell you right off what is at those co-ordinates.
But I have found a website that will help you find it.
Read the directions on the right of the map, from there it will just be trial and error and FUN:

YES I do know where it is, BUT search Google and learn for yourself. It will help you if you do, and you will learn. Also World Maps have the Degrees and Longitudes marked on them. If you do not have one, go to the Public Libary. You can also pull one up on the Internet.
