India is already a developed country.Wherever you go in any of the high offices in world thereis an Indian in top most cadre.Take from Gandi to yesterdays lady Scientist who walked in the Space.We have got brain, reforms in education,economics,social, but the main thing that standing before the nations development is nothing but the heavy population.Not only that if we find a solution for this populations manhour waste.India definetly will become a veto power enjoying country.

Rewrite the constitution which leads to corrupt democracy. Implement e-government and standardise procedures and services throughout the nation. Make the system transparent so that public can keep an eye on civil services.
