where can i find the article about the interstate being shutdown for hours?

on 2-15-07 on my yahoo page there was something about an interstate somewhere being shut down for hours for some reason and i would like to read it if i could find it

Hm, I know there's some construction going on locally on I-5 (that's Oregon). It's not being shut down completely but there will be huge traffic delays.

And a google search brought up some info on an accident on I-78 in Pennsylvania which caused delays.
