I couldn't find anything about anacondas (an aquatic boa constrictor) at the London Zoo, but did find that they have a Burmese Python which belongs to the constrictor family. Anacondas have a reputation for having a bad temperment and are more difficult to keep in captivity then other types of boa constrictors.

Pythons are constrictor snakes that kill by wrapping around their prey and squeezing until it suffocates the same as an anaconda. The python’s mouth is flexible and allows prey to be swallowed whole. A muscle connecting the two halves of the lower jaw allows the mouth to open very wide. Their habitat is the rainforests.
Fearsome predators, pythons can grow to over 7m in length and have been known to kill and eat animals as large as a leopard.
