Thnx Orion Quest ! I thought about that and concluded regime sounded apt. Something about one being a noun & the other a verb

I do a cardio & resistance hour 5 mornings a week with a personal trainer then play tennis 2 nights a week, touch footy once, netball once, swimming 3-4, and cycling 1-2 times.

for the last 4-5 years i have been doing leg-bums and tums exercises , at home on a mat. and stretching before and after to keep the muscles lean and supple. 4- 5 times a week, an hour each session.
gyms can be a waste of time/money unless you religiously use your membership.
will power is free.:)

It's actually "regimen", not regime or regiment.

Get up, stretch, walk to fridge, open door, look in, shake head, slam door, return to workstation, sit back down.

I do about 40 reps a day.
