Cellular Phones?

HI! I live in MIssisssauga and I'm looking for a refurbished cellular phones. Any idea where to buy? I checked future shop and best buy sites. But they are pretty expensive and I can't simply afford them. Please help! Thanks!

Mila ... You might find a used cell phone on eBay, too. I'm not sure, but might that be better? A refurbished device, of course, is usually a broken one that's been fixed, supposedly. Maybe a used one would be better. It's up to you, of course, depending on your preference.
