First if you don't eat the stomach acid has no food to work on so it will turn on itself and eat at the lining of your stomach. so, give it food. Try some yoogurt with live cultures in it, read the label. This will help the intestines get back the good bacteria it needs to function properly and may help that sick feeling. Eat it every day excep if you are ever on an antibiotic eat it at least two hours after the medication. Then eat a soft, bland diet to start. Eat applesauce, toast, canned fruit in it's own juice, lowfat milk with a protien drink, they sell them at Wal Mart, whey is good for the stomach and it is healthy. Eat things like broiled or steamed chicken and fish and small portions of lean beef, for B-12 and folic acid which women must have to be healthy. Also take a multivitamin and mineral suppliment with food every day to prevent malnutrition. If you are anemic you may need iron also. Just start slow with whatever you do and work up to a good diet. You have to eat to live so, do it the right way and stay healthy, it is your life and your choice. If you need a nutritionist to help at first, see one and follow through. Have aith and courage. I will agree in prayer that you will be sucessful and healthey in 6 months and you will live a healthy normal lifestyle in that time because you are going to do all you can to get better. Love coming your way. Also, have the Dr. check your hemiglobin, iron because if it is low you won't ever feel hungry and it can cause malnutrition. I know, I had surgery and became anemic, I love food but I couldn't eat...I knew something was wrong. Get it checked please.
