how can i ersase a text from a default picture please?

i have a picture from the internet,logo is printed an the picture.i need to know how do i erase the logo?

Use the patch tool in the photoshop... It'll solve your purpose.

Of course, the reason for the logo is that the picture is protected by copyright and using it any place in public may put you at risk. Removing the logo does not remove the copyright protection.

i would use a clone tool from a picture program
